Please join us for Tobe Hooper's 1982 classic Poltergeist.Drink Recipe:Ghostly Chai2-3 ounces bourbon 1 teaspoon of Chai Tea Simple Sugar (add more to taste)1 tablespoon pumpkin puree3-4 ounces of Chai Tea Concentrate Shake well and serve over ice with a strawOptional: Garnish with star aniseAlcohol-Free: In place of bourbon, use 2-3 ounces of espresso, strong Spiced Chai, or Bengal Spice tea (2-3 bags) - cool and follow the rest of the steps.Chai Tea Simple Syrup: Add 1/2 - 1 cup dark brown sugar to a hot cup of brewed chai tea (you can use concentrate instead but dilute with water); add as much as you want of the following: ground ginger, clove, cinnamon, and nutmegAdd sugar and spices to the brewed tea while it is hot, stirring until everything is dissolved.Refrigerate in a container with a lid.It will keep for two weeks.
