It's the second bonus episode of Chronicles from the Crypt's look at the reboot of the classic anthology horror film Creepshow.

Casualty Chris, Father Malone, and screamwriter Jess Byard take a look at the second episode of Shudder's revival which features two segments "Bad Wolf Down" and "The Finger". The first features werewolves, Nazis, and Jeffery Combs while the second features a disembodied finger that ends up going on a killing spree.
