this episode is.......a mess. it&#39;s a hard topic for me to discuss so I didn&#39;t make any notes for it-- just spoke from my heart. 
I wanted to talk to you like I would with my friends about this topic, and that created a bit of chaos. I hope you hear where I&#39;m coming from on this &amp; maybe it&#39;ll feel like we&#39;re on FaceTime, working through all these emotions together.
