I'm back! Thank y'all for being so patient with me as I took some time off of the Chronically Healing Podcast. Quite honestly, I was seriously considering letting go of the podcast but I'm happy to say that after some time off and making a new schedule (I talk about this on the show!) I'm excited to be getting back into it!
In today's show, I let you in on the new podcast schedule, why I changed it up and asked you for any requests to hear from me on the show. I also talked a bunch about my own mental and physical health struggles and what my plan is moving forward.
