Jackie Bouvier is a service-oriented versatile, bilingual community and faith leader. She was a youth pastor first and an MBA Business professional later after God asked her to go back to school. She is well rounded in her background experience in sales, marketing, and management. As well as non-profit governance, church formation, strategic planning, and foundations.
Jackie has worked with community faith organizations since 1998 to provide political platforms at events for elected officials and current candidates. Jackie also delivers public motivational talks on the importance of voting, registering to vote, and voting your biblical values as well as providing leadership motivation.
Jackie is the Executive Director of the Santa Fe Business Improvement District, a quasi-governmental entity special district in Denver, CO. She is a non-profit consultant and faith leader advisor. She also works on different campaigns supporting candidates with Hispanic strategies to win. She is the current Colorado Multiethnic Coalition President which serves as a resource hub for Hispanic Faith Leaders in Colorado and across the United States in addition to developing community-based projects. Jackie is also President of Prospanica, a national association of business professionals with MBA's. Jackie holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) – Daniels College of Business, University of Denver Concentration: International, HR, Non-Profit and she got her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) – University of Denver Concentration: General, Marketing. Jackie has been selected as the Nation's Colorado Hispanic Star leader, a movement used to unite Latinos in the nation.
Jackie believes in inspiring every person she comes in contact with to become the best version of themselves. She believes that you were created with tools and gifts that MUST be discovered and released for such a time as this.

Charity Garza, Christian Women Engage Co-Founder, is an enthusiastic Christian woman and ardent statesman. One of her greatest passions is helping people find their mission. Cindy Ficklin is a former teacher and school principal of 25 years as well as a small business owner in real estate sales, consultation, and education. She was recently recognized as the #1 Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Grand Junction and among the top 3% of the Nation. Cindy also teaches in District 51 as a guest teacher and serves as an educational consultant in the areas of ADHD and Behavioral Disorders for Colorado State Senate Bill 94, and she recently helped in getting Colorado State Senate Bill 184 passed with bipartisan support, which guarantees a course in Financial Literacy for every high school senior in Colorado.
Cindy recently graduated from the Leadership Program of the Rockies, and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management & Marketing Magna Cum Laude Honors, two Master's degrees in Education and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology with an emphasis in Cluster B Disorders. She is writing a book entitled, "Understanding and Recovering from Psychological Abuse," including a workbook for therapy used in the trauma recovery process.
