The Bible gives us many examples of strong, independent women, one such woman comes from a very famous passage, and we have come to know her as the Proverbs 31 woman. While encouraging to read, the reality is that the modern-day Christian woman often finds herself surrounded with a stigma when it comes to being independent that the thought of living fully for God without a significant other seems and feels ungodly.
