Spiritual leaders in our lives can have a lot of power over what we think and believe about God, ourselves, and others. When not checked, this power can be manipulated.  

On this episode of Christian Curious, we talk with Cara Dillon Runyan, a Denver Seminary  graduate in biblical studies who focused her master's thesis on the topic of spiritual abuse.
She is passionate about teaching other people how to recognize the warning signs of spiritual abuse and believes that more needs to be done  in the way of prevention.
