The UN has came out and said that if the Worlds billionaires help and donate 6+ billion dollars that they can end World hunger and famine.   

This is great news and Elon Musk, the Worlds favorite billionaire has stated that he will donate the 6+ billion if the UN can show him how they will do it.   

Elon is on board, as long as the UN can meet his requirements... but the question is...  Will the UN have what Elon needs to make it happen?
