
Its forty years since the People's Republic of China and Australia established diplomatic relations in 1972.
Since then the relationship has blossomed in a variety of mutually beneficial ways – including in terms of trade and cross cultural ties.
To mark this significant anniversary, the Australian Embassy here in China has put together a '40th anniversary Program' to reflect the breadth of this relationship.
