Recently I realised that a lot of the choices I have made in my adult life don't reflect my hopes and dreams. If anything, looking back I see how I decide from a place of fear, looking for a sense of security. Personally, I want a life that genuinely feels good to me and I am I'm not talking about toxic positivity here but in the grand scheme of things, shouldn't we all feel good about our life, how it is and where it is going?
