This week’s podcast brought a bit of news from the wine world, some worry about climate change, and a tasting of two really delicious rosé wines: Christina Rosé 2021 (imported by Jenny & François) and Dupeuble Beaujolais Rosé 2020 (imported by Kermit Lynch). The grilled cheese sandwich (with prosciutto and fig jam for dipping) was incredible, as was their lovely on-tap rosé (served in a carafé).
