This is our first episode to lay the land on what we are going to discuss, share and "Chat" about in our episodes.  You will get a little intro into who I am and why I am sharing and then we are going to talk Energy.  Let's get it flowing.

Whether we are talking Chi, Ki, Qi, Prana, the Source or the Divine, it is all about energy,  The energy that you put into you life, your relationships, your words and what you do transforms it all.   I will share my personal insights into Energy and Energy work as well as introduce you to some of fabulous friends who are Energy Practitioners and phenomenal community enhancers.
