Hi, I’m Anne-Fleur Andrle. Let’s say Anne-Fleur. Yep, just like a flower. I am a freelance podcast producer based out of Denver, CO. I switched from engineering to podcast producing 4 years ago, and while I love what I do… I recently started asking myself a lot of questions.

Questions about the meaning of my actions and decisions. This is how this podcast saw the light of day about a year ago. I started asking folks to sit down with me for a chat. To discuss their life choices and ultimately the positive impact they are having on communities of all sizes.

In L'Effet Papillon, the butterfly effect in French, I invite you to discover conversations I’ve had both in French (my mothertongue) and in English about positive impact. It’s been about a year that I started holding the mic to folks both in France and in the US who have in one way or another impacted who I am today.

My goal? Tame the butterfly effect and better understand how to build the next years of my life.
