<p>We are delighted to bring you the gorgeous Ric & Jac's on this PodCast.  Helen met Ric at Uni, and Ric turned into being Helen's saviour - he has some qualities that we admired - amazing composure, tact, empathy and business smarts, there was alot to like about this dedicated and smart HR Practitioner.</p>
<p>Friendship truly cemented we have had the pleasure of meeting Ric's gorgeous Husband, Jac whom cemented their love affair with a blissful wedding in Paris.  It was wonderful to hear their views on flexibility in life, work and play!  We hope you enjoy.</p>

The Monks' View .....

Helen Butler and Leonie Green could see a pattern emerging.  Over great food and a glass of wine (or two) the same conversation kept coming up... it went along the lines of …

How lucky are we to be doing work we love, in a flexible way that works for us and our families?  We should be celebrating this fact, but instead, as we look around, we see workplaces that are not adopting flexible approaches fast enough and people crying out for flexibility and not being heard – or oftentimes not crying out at all for fear of the consequences and living with constant frustration or quietly existing and desperately trying to find an alternative.

Helen and Leonie decided that rather than pour another wine (well, actually as well as pouring another wine), they would go out and see what could be done about this state of affairs.
