After coming home from work, I reflect on my experience engaging with high school students. High school students, that don't have a clue about what they are going to do after graduation...and college/trade schools are not in their plans. Is this the generation that is supposed to be 'woke'? Is this the generation that is on the on-deck circle for us?? What are you doing millennials, boomers? What are we doing to help guide these padawans to carry on the torch?

Also, I scratch the surface on the topic of being diverse.
