Jesse is getting ready to launch her first solo venture, Sfoglina Pasta Company. Sfoglina is the term for the women that make pasta in Italy. The name is a nod to both the tradition behind the art of making pasta and that it is a female-owned company.
Sfoglina will mill the grains for the flour and slow dry the pasta producing a high quality, nutrient-dense final product. Further, demonstrating her commitment to Colorado, grains will be sourced locally when possible, and a portion of all proceeds will go to local
