Season 3 starts with a conversation between myself and Alyssa Gialamas who has competed at both the paralympic games in London 2012 and Rio in 2016 in swimming. Alyssa first took to swimming in 2008 and just four years later represented the United States of America at London. Alyssa is now the founder of AMG FITNESS, a not-for-profit organisation that seeks to elevate at-home workouts specifically for people with disabilities.
