For this week’s ‘no longer a surprise guest’ repeat show, we’ve got a biggie for you - it’s drummer, keyboardist and founding member of The Cure, Lol Tolhurst! David was blown away to have one of his all time heroes on the show, if not a little intimidated. But he, Lol and Joe got on wonderfully and happily chatted about all things The Cure to their hearts content. Sit back and enjoy…Recorded February 2023.FOR ALL THINGS CHATABIX'Y FOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE/CONTACT: You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/@chatabixpodcast Twitter: https://twitter.com/chatabix1Insta: https://www.instagram.com/chatabixpodcast/Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/chatabixMerch: https://chatabixshop.com/Contact us: chatabix@yahoo.com
Hosted on Acast. S10 Ep 420 Ad Hoc Drivel: Moving to Bath?

Comedians Joe Wilkinson & David Earl chat utter drivel to each other 3 - 5 days a week. They natter to celebrities and deep dive into guests with interesting lives (as theirs is so boring). Occasionally they plan a surprise for each other to pep it up a bit. David loves hearing about behind the scenes stuff from TV shows and writing jingles. Joe likes adventuring and is obsessed with the podcast charts. Sometimes they'll embark on a day out podding together just so they can get out of the house. It's a brilliantly chaotic podcast which occasionally covers regular topics like TV Reviews, Snooker, Canal boating and Music. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
