Steven Raynor is a Scottish crossfitter who in the last appearance on the podcast slagged off hyrox which annoyed a number of people. He decided to put his money where his mouth is and compete and train for the mixed doubles in Glasgow.

We speak about how his training went and how he would programme for beginners, how he went from not being able to run without crying to being able to run easy 10km's, if hyrox is really just a running event as well as covering if it's a fad that's going to end or not.

As usual we also covered a few other topics which mostly involved Eddie Abbew and the nonsense his is spouting all over socials, creating yet another cult like following that reject the need for any evidence to support their claims.
