Today I am back with a solo podcast on my experience over the last 6 months doing therapy. I decided to go therapy because I didn't believe I was capable of getting into a healthy relationship if I never. I speak about my previous relationships and most importantly my relationship with my Mum which is pretty much where all the problems stem from.
