Caroline is now a life coach and trained mental health youth first aider.  

You can find her at Life Coaching with Caroline Jack and she also works as a life coach at Fettes College, Edinburgh.  

She uses positive psychology to help people unleash their potential as they discover their true purpose in life and enjoy a sense of great achievement.  Caroline has a particular interest in helping adolescents as they navigate life.  Caroline is a mother of three teenagers and has a wealth of experience in really being able to tap into the psyche of adolescents. She provides a safe space for people to discover their true worth and navigate challenging situations.
