Last week, Matador Room chef Jeremy Ford took home the title of Top Chef on season 13 of the show. During his final, winning meal, Ford created Honey Bubbles to be paired with the Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese Cylinder dish. Chat Chow TV caught up with Ford where he created the honey bubble for us, but used it in a different way — as part as a bourbon shot.
