Approximately 6 to 7 percent of children presenting with respiratory symptoms have acute sinusitis. In today’s episode we are going to talk to Steven Hamilton, MD about the causes, diagnosis, treatment and safe antibiotic prescribing practices for the management of sinusitis in pediatric patients.

Dr. Hamilton is a pediatric otolaryngologist from our Colorado Springs-based faculty and is an assistant professor of otolaryngology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
