Dogs aren't monogamous in nature like red foxes are. No one in the animal kingdom will look at a dog, a cat or a chicken and compel them to stay with one partner cause it is the norm. Rules are made for men and not animals. Animals will know themselves from their instinct and follow that route without deviating.
