There was a time in my life when I never wanted to drink alcohol. In this episode of Changing Tides, I share when my relationship with alcohol started and how some experiences as an adolescent molded my view on drinking. I tap into drinking culture and how alcohol is glorified in the entertainment we consume. I also discuss how genetics and other factors can contribute to alcohol use disorder.
