Some recaps of my last podcast. Some light hearted talk as well. Just me talking on my way to work.

I have learned,
That people wait for something tramatic to happen to them in their lives before they can visualize that they need to make a change. No! We do not need to wait! How much better would it be if we enjoyed these changes by doing them now! Now.. because we deserve to experience a higher level of being all the time!! How great is that !! The time is right now, every day for the rest of our lives! Imagine our journey in life, always growing and changing. Most importantly being able to be conscious of the growth and changes we are making and benefit from that knowledge! Ha... who knew!! 
Now you guys know and I know! Just wanted to share my thoughts with you guys.
