) What have I, Rico, been doing to change myself and thus change the world.
) How we are learning to take in information without always reacting to it.
) Fasting and OMAD (One Meal A Day)
) If you're going to do it, do it and don't beat yourself up once you do.
) If it happens amazing, if it doesn't I'm still amazing.
) It's not about the dream, goal or image being bad.. it's about the attachments to them.
) How would I feel if I was completely unconnected from the world?
) Books and people cannot give you experience, go experience it for yourself.
) A lot of people are stuck in their ways, and don't want to become unstuck.
) Being afraid makes you unconscious of everything.
) Politics is a long term game, little by little they take more and more power.
) Would the Buddha have a twitter?
) Memories of South East Asia.
) People don't know/remember history.
) If Buddha or Jesus were to come back, we wouldn't believe them.
) If your destiny was written before and it aligned with you 120%, would you still want to do it?
) What happens when you ignore your heart and soul for the mind.  
) Being conscious of your unconscious habit.
) Hare Krishna Mantra and focusing your thanks and gratefulness.
) Getting rid of attachments to our desires and goals.
I'm just at the beginning of changing myself.

Another great talk with some very valuable drops of gold sprinkled in between. This time it was me, Rico, and the homie Corey talking about everything from the importance of goals, letting go of your dreams and desires, how we have overcome our roadblocks as well as our current roadblocks today and what we are working on today. Of course this isn't everything we talked about, but if you're really curious as to was said in this epic talk timestamps are below.
