Mr. Joseph Ajuwonn, how would you advise organizations like the Tourism and Aviation industry to adapt to the change caused by this pandemic seeing that they were hit terribly and can't necessarily work 'remotely'. As of March, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) had reported an estimated revenue loss of $252 billion in the sector globally, as a result of the suspension of local and foreign airlines operations.

How could they have prepared better for such situations? and how can they manage this change?
