Often times we believe that because we didn’t have the best childhood or lack resources and or weren’t ready that somehow we aren’t enough.... sometimes the most valuable thing you can give a child is the ability to value themselves . Tell them how important valuable beautiful and purpose filled their life is so that way not if but when we can no longer shield them from this cruel world they find that place of peace in knowing they matter as they figure their way through it all
