Our thoughts are constantly running as we take in our surroundings, but have you ever stopped to question your thoughts? Are they building you up or breaking you down? Do they encourage you to become the best possible version of yourself or do they keep placing roadblocks in your path to greatness?

Ask yourself these questions and contemplate their answers.

This week's mindset challenge is focused on self-awareness. For the next week, monitor your thoughts and write as many as you can down. At the end of the week, go through these thoughts and turn the statements into questions. Recognize the answers your brain comes up with. Question your responses. Challenge the way you think. Challenge your mindset.
