When Rob Woodall retired from Congress, that left us needing a new lead sponsor for the FAIRtax. On Congressman Woodall's recommendation, we approached Congressman Buddy Carter of Georgia, and he gladly stepped into the role. In this Chairman's Report, we meet HR-25's new lead sponsor, Buddy Carter.
