Speaking elaborating speculating and having an opinion on magical systems that you haven’t practiced may not be completely hypocritical but it’s very stupid and has no value whatsoever if the person couldn’t get something as easy as affirmations or law of attraction to work. Not to mention that it’s a huge tell that someone is in scarcity. If you do or learn about those things and add experience and knowledge to those concepts you can figure out how to make it work but if someone openly criticizes these concepts it’s because they don’t have discipline to figure them out
