Presenting.....the first episode of Casually Concerned! Along with my co-dependent co-host/guest, Kaitlyn, we discuss the social norms that all humans violate on a regular basis. We don't discuss these behaviors outwardly because they create feelings of shame and guilt---but why feel guilty? We're all human and we're all just trying to survive.
