Both of these actions are a tandem sort of thing.

The ask in the petition is final guidance for submitting a PMTA and a 24 month delay after final rulemaking for implementation.

FDA Deeming commenting period closed in 2014 but a citizen's petition allows people to comment beyond that time.

CASAA has pre written something but we urge you to share your story and think about what deeming will do to us all and tell them that as well.

You may ask what that is

An FDA citizen petition is a process provided by the United States Food and Drug Administration for individuals and community organizations to make requests to the FDA for changes to health policy. It is described in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

This is a call to send letters to HHS secretary Price asking him to delay implementation of federal regulations.

Submitting is a very in the dark sort of thing,since no one knows how or what to submit this,there is no checklist.

No one knows how or what to do this and our manufacturers need help to understand this so that the time and expense involved in not in vain.
