Alex was there to testify about the dangers of limiting vaping shops for smoker's health. Masking it more difficult to transition full time to a smoke free alternative is unwise.

New York :Most focused on other tobacco products but some could affect vapers in their home and some could affect retailers as well.

4 ordinances CASAA would have opposition about or specific concerns

Intro 1532 this sets a licensing cap on vaping retailers.

This bill would make it both harder to sell a business so even if an owner can find a better place to locate their business the license is only good for this single location.
