Considered defiant in her youth, Tiffany Shoemaker was always willing to take the path least traveled to remain true to herself. Having survived molestation as a child and date rape as young adult, Tiffany never anticipated that a later romantic relationship would lead to psychological manipulation and emotional abuse. Questioning her identity, contemplating suicide, and even considering abortion, her buried fears of abandonment resurfaced. Completely unfulfilled, those defining moments forced Tiffany to embrace the validity of her voice and the power her choice. Tiffany’s mission is empowering other single moms and survivors to recognize fulfillment comes when you make the choice to choose yourself.
