Cop shootings and BLM

I am a early retired police Capt., liberal, female, democrat, cop from a fly over state that understands irony,cynicism, sexual harassment, racial/social injustice, good ole boy club and what I am calling the Blue Shield affect. I started a criminal justice reform page called BlueSnitch.com to because I heard calls for change and there are no outlets for good cops to come forward. So I am trying to create that environment by exposing the chronic hidden abuse of power that is used everyday inside of the police department and doing in the blunt manner that suits me.
