Episode 1: First Note

Being a leader is hard. Being a young leader can be even harder.

I’m Tyler Ross. I’m a former U.S. Marine Corps officer, combat veteran, and current operations executive. This podcast is intended for young leaders, employers of young leaders, and anyone interested in studying the art, science, and psychology behind successfully leading teams as a young professional.

Don’t let age keep you from leading. Don’t set limits for yourself because of perceived boundaries. Leverage your own abilities, and those of your teams, to accomplish the mission.

Age is a mindset, but leadership is a calling.
