If you can't follow yourself, why else would anyone else follow you? Self-leadership is one of the key pieces to success. Through past experiences Jordan learned 3 key parts to self-leadership:

1. You have to have a strong why and remind yourself of it daily.

2. You can't allow your circumstances to rule your world.

3. You can’t let what people say about you to get in your head.
