Since a young age, Kay Makishi has traveled the world seeking out her Japanese heritage, which left her busting with entrepreneurial ideas. She joins us in the studio to talk about the adventures she’s had, from selling knives to getting stuck in closets, all which fueled inspiration to start her clothing company Makishi Apparel.
