In this episode, Alana sits down with her friend Terry Johnson to discuss being a Black Student-Athlete throughout most of his life, leading to him being a member of The Ohio State University Track &amp; Field Team. While at OSU, he and his fellow teammates started Redefining Athletic Standards, RAS, an organization that strives to support the Black Male Student-Athlete, giving them a voice within the OSU community. We also discuss the importance of having healthy conversations about mental health and uplifting the young people within our communities.
