David H Campbell was born near Toronto and educated at the University of Toronto, Trinity Evangelical School (Chicago) and the University of Durham (England). He has planted churches in the UK and Canada.

David and his wife Elaine devote themselves to a wider ministry to leaders, Bible Colleges and churches around the world. He teaches regularly on the online teaching platform theosUniversity, along with its degree-granting arm theosSeminary.
