This week I spoke with my good friend and personal development coach, Matt Sandrini. Since working with Matt, I've learned how to manage my priorities and block out enough time to create a balanced lifestyle (balanced ish). He's one of the most productive people I know and his commitment to achieving his goals is truly inspiring. He's an award-winning book author, recently ran a marathon and is in training to break a world record for the most amount of knuckle push-ups in a single minute. He's also the host of his a podcast called Resolve, which is a show that helps you figure out how to make the impact you want.
