ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Joe and Ben sit down with Chris Ruckdaschel at the Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce to discuss the life surrounding the Hayward area. This episode is a wide-ranging discussion. The guys touch on several topics, including Asset Based Community Development and the assets the area has, as well as it’s economic strengths and areas for improvement.

Joe and Ben think the entire area is an outdoor mecca and Chris joins in to share his thoughts on that opinion. They share thoughts on why they’ve all moved to the area over the last few years, why it’s an outdoor hub and gateway, and what could drive us into the future. Chris brings a well rounded perspective because he works with several different individuals, organizations, businesses, and events throughout the region on a daily basis.
