Molly Nixon shares her story of traveling and living around the world for 7 years, and using her grief as fuel to jump in to activist & humanitarian work on the ground with Yazidi refugees after one of her closest friends was killed by ISIS.
Molly has recently resettled in the US after a decade of international travel, humanitarian service, and yogic exploration. Molly has a humanitarian heart, which is the foundation for all she does. She runs The Yoga Mandala Project which brings sustainable yoga programs to refugees and trauma informed training to humanitarians.
“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.” -Lilla Watson
