Timber talks with Meikel Reece about anti-racism work, emotional healing, and belonging.  Meikel has such a comforting yet commanding presence. She holds gentle, expansive space for women to learn emotional sovereignty and understand the true meaning of what it means to be anti-racist. Meikel teaches us that we can never truly belong to each other until we learn to belong to ourselves.

“Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with hands shaking. Start with voice trembling but start. Start and don’t stop. Start where you are, with what you have. Just... start.”
