Nunsploitation films are a genre of film made popular in the 60&#39;s and 70&#39;s. One recent film of this genre shows how hideous these films can be. Join me as I ponder how much of these films, if any, are based on real life. We will also look at another film out in theatres about a real life nun, Mother Francis Cabrini. What is the difference between such a film as this and the films that exploit the evil that happens in some convents?

Did Anything Good Come From the Convent?

Religious order abuse is a problem in the Catholic Church that is too often not exposed for fear of reprisal, cover-up, or a false sense of "scandalizing" the Church. Ignoring the problem does not make it go away.
