This has been a relevant issue for some time now, but has especially come to light with the global surge in support for the Black Lives Matter movement. Mackenzie Derival, our guest for this episode, is a designer, startup founder, and a Black man in tech. We spoke to him about his experience as a minority in tech and what the industry can do to change for the better.
