Opening ceremonies at the Glory Days vintage drag race at Byron Dragway were dedicated to former longtime track owner, Ron Leek. Byron Dragway dedicated of a special landmark erected in Ron's memory at center track and the military Honor Guard honored Ron with a twenty-one gun salute following a moment of silence.
