In 1967, groovy British secret agent Austin Powers thwarts his arch-nemesis, Dr. Evil, who escapes by cryogenically freezing himself in space. To ensure he can stop Evil's eventual return, Austin undergoes cryostasis too. Revived in 1997, Powers must adapt to the modern world and stop a resurrected Dr. Evil from holding the world hostage.
